Our mounts made entirely in Italy are guaranteed by us for 10 years against accidental breakage; the gems we use are carefully selected to ensure high quality characteristics; gems over 0.50 carat are certified IGI, GIA, GRS, ALGT, HRD, others; gems less than 0.50 carat are accompanied by the declaration of authenticity drawn up by qualified gemólogo;

For jewelry made without customization, we accept the return withholding 15% for administrative and warehouse reorganization costs; the jewelry must be returned at the Customer's care and responsibility and must not show signs of wear, scratches, alterations, modifications, missing parts and complete with the original packaging; payment will be made within 60 days by bank transfer;

For customized jewelry at the Customer's mandate, we accept the return withholding 30% for administrative and warehouse reorganization expenses; the jewelry must be returned at the Customer's care and responsibility and must show no signs of wear, scratches, alterations, modifications, missing parts and complete with the original packaging; payment will be made within 60 days by bank transfer;
